To sell yourself or use a realtor. It’s a tough decision. I will never try to sell a house on my own again. When I was ready to sell my 2400 sq ft home in Stittsville I tried to do it myself. (Grapevine) lots of showing but no offers. We tried a realtor that we used to sell a previous property and after three months there was not much activity so we took it off the market. Then Orlene came by. Business Cards, with hot chocolate which the kids loved. Green bags during the fall season. Any season or holiday she was there. Then we decided to give her a shot. Best decision we could have made. She kept us informed on everything going on. We never had to second guess anything she was doing and the house sold relatively quickly after that. To make things better, we have received full asking price. I would give her as many stars there are in the sky. I am looking at selling again next year and she will be used again.
